CPAP DIRECT MELBOURNE - TERMS

In keeping with online sales policies by ResMed and Phillips/Respironics all purchases of CPAP machines can only be made after a consultation with one our our trained CPAP consultants, either at one of our offices or by our mobile services provide.

All CPAP equipment purchased maintains their factory warranties however we do not cover freight costs for repairs/faults. Payment must be received before goods will be dispatched. As we use Australia Post/Fastway Couriers please allow 3-5 days in most areas for delivery. We also recommend that insurance be taken when placing any order as we are not responsible for any undelivered items. Any CPAP equipment provided by us excludes hire and any promotional discounts from the purchase price.

RETURN POLICY

Non faulty / unused product returns can only be accepted within 7 days of the original invoice date and a 15% restocking fee will apply (consumable parts used will be charged to cover replacement costs). Please note that it may be necessary for us to return the goods to the manufacturer for testing in order to determine whether or not you are entitled to Repair, Exchange or Refund. There are no returns on mask accessories if the sealed packaging has been opened. Please be advised that mask purchases used within 7 days can not be exchanged due to health regulations. Please choose your mask selection correctly or additional fees may apply. If you require a mask fitting or if we provide home delivery service additional fees may apply.
